We have not been contacted by our customer ref this fault. While we accept that this in fact our Budget range of Shorts, we feel that obviously being faulty in not acceptable either to ourselves or our customers. Please return this item for Exchange or Full Refund. We will reimburse any return shipping cost. We have sold numerous pairs of both this Short and the Jogger version with no apparent problems.
