I have had a look into this and can see that, through email communication you were advised that a £30 return fee would only be charged if you were to use our courier partner, however were advised that an alternative courier is always recommend to be chosen and arranged independently. All of our returns and delivery T&C's are outlined on our website, and readily available before any purchases are made.
