Their service was very good although they charged me delivery in error. I contacted them and was told delivery charge would be refunded but as yet I haven’t received it hence the 4 star rating

Easy to order with choice of free seat cushion. Dispatched quickly and tracking good. Somebody phoned to arrange time of delivery which was very convenient.
Excellent service. Very helpful, quick and considerate. I needed an Arbor delivering to a Care Home as a memorial for my mum. The staff could not have been more helpful, respectful and thoughtful.
