Why does a great brand like Gant use an awful delivery service like Hermes?

Shirt had marks on
The shirt arrived today the Inside bag had been opened and re sealed with sellotape. The shirt has marks on it . So will be returning it.

Always carefully wrapped items and speedy delivery. I know that if I have an issue with the item it’s easily returned with good will and good customer service.
