You have also not contacted with this query or we would have clarified earlier. The order copy included also shows it is a set of 5. You can can check it all on the website too. It has always been a set of 5 (never 10) and the manufacturer label outside the item also shows that. The delivery too was on time and with full tracking information. You have ordered from us only once and were sent only one email but giving us a 1 star for review requests you may have received from other suppliers! It is a bit unfair to be held responsible for their actions. Along with the review request, there is also an option to opt-out of receiving these emails from the same review platforms. If you have or would have opted-out then you won't get these requests from that very platform. However, giving us a negative review will not stop the review requests. Further to the clarification provided, can I request to amend the star ratings and review based on the experience and service we had provided? with regards Four Square Healthcare
