Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. Due to Japan being a fairly new facility for us, it does take time to build volumes and negotiate better shipping rates with the couriers. Until now we have only offered DHL for shipping however in the last week we are now offering a UPS service and continue to try to source other courier options from this address. We do also offer a 30 day free storage period for our customers to enable them to collate their parcels then arrange to ship them together to ensure that they obtain the maximum value for shipping. Crushed products after repacking
