Good service

Good service and quite timely, but I got hit with a steep import tax from dhl, when the parcel arrived in its destination country, that I wasn’t aware of beforehand.

Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. It's good to hear that you are happy with the service we offer however I'm sorry to hear that you didn't know that additonal fees would be incurred on import of the goods to your country. Since January 2021 the UK have not been part of the EU and are classed as a third country. This means any goods being shipped from the UK to an EU country will go through customs clearance and additional fees will generally apply. For this reason we have opened a dedicated EU warehouse in Germany, this allows our customers to purchase goods from within the EU and they can move within the EU customs union under free circulation.
