Honest feedback

Service and staff were extremely professional. Did not have any problems therefore did not have to deal directly but we’re very attentive.

Everything good apart from being overcharged for the transfer £186 when a transfer booked through the hotel is 60 euros day or night

Thank you for your review, it sounds like you had nice time in Soller and enjoyed the hotel that you stayed at. We have a private transfer agreement in place for our clients in Majorca and based on the contracted rates and distance to your hotel our pricing was £186 for a return transfer. I am surprised to hear that the hotel offered you a transfer service at nearly £66 difference and will pass your comments onto our contracting team to compare with the transfer company. We hope that you will choose to holiday with us at FlyDirect on a future occasion.
