Smartwings and FlyDurect, an established partnership.

Excellent, flights on time with ways and food service adequate for the shirt journey. Ideally, we would like to be able to book seats prior to departure.

Thank you for your feedback, we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused on your arrival and check-in process at Jersey airport. We at FlyDirect had your passengers names correct (as per your online booking) and this information was passed to the airline correctly. We do not know how the name was then in-correct in the Swissport system and will look into this further. We hope that this small delay on your check-in process didn't detract from a great holiday in Tenerife and we hope that you book with FlyDirect on a future occasion.
