We have checked through our emails and we do not appear to have received an email from you requesting further information, any time after the date you booked which was the 02 August 2014. I requested information from you previous to my booking date by e-mail, not after and did not receive a reply from you. However I then proceeded to book online anyway. I wonder how many potential customers you might loose or have lost due to this!! I would also like to point out that I telephoned on two separate occasions to request information as well, and at both times the phone was not answered.
