The whole holiday was so easy - door to door - no delays and the flights ran like clockwork. Will book again next year, as long as British Airways City Flyer are the carriers.

Inadequate pre-travel information.

Very difficult to get full information and explanations in advance of travel - no literature available. I had to visit Heron House twice to get even partial information.
