Flowers not delivered, no contact

Flowers have not been delivered and tracking claims that they are waiting for confirmation from the driver. I have had no other communication from Flowers Same Day and am very disappointed and angry.

Thank you for your response. It turns out the flowers were delivered on time and I am told they are beautiful. However, the tracking system led me to believe that there had been no confirmation of delivery. As there was no contact from Flowers Same Day to confirm un/successful delivery attempt I was understandably annoyed. I am giving four stars rather than five because of the problem with the tracking.
