It's always disappointing when we hear of an occasion where we have not lived up to the high standards that we set ourselves, however, we are glad to hear that the team resolved the issue the very next day.
We have stringent controls in place to prevent this sort of occurrence happening, in this instance they have not worked. We will review our controls again to assess where we can improve.
