Hi Emanuel,
My sincere apologies for the original delays you encountered with the VAT Exemption Form, it is not something we had encountered before and we have subsequently resolved this, none the less we endeavor to ensure every customer's experience is excellent. Customs issues arise from time to time, and we do what we can to ensure they get the correct information as promptly as possible.
Please accept our apologies for any delay you have encountered, we have no doubt that you will love the product now that it has arrived with you :)
Thank you for your feedback.
Regards,
Richard
