Will Thanks for this. I have thought around whether to cancel the negatives that then become positive, and have been slow to do so. It is often more impressive for a potential customer to see the response to the complaint than to have that response absorbed into the many comments from satisfied customers. But I'm open to suggestions. One solution might be to remove the negative from the percentages, but still include it in the list when anyone wants to 'see all' bad ratings. Bill
