As we are an online store any customer service enquiries regarding faults, damaged or missing items need to be communicated via email. This is both for the benefit of our customers and our team. Photos are helpful in us determining first-hand what parts are missing or damaged and the email system means we have a record of the issue making it easier to follow up. We are glad that this issue has now been resolved. Again, sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.
Ordered the fans by phone as it was a special order. Well looked after and the goods arrived exactly as promised
