Hi, thank you very much for your Feefo. It is however disappointing that you feel this way. I do hope you can appreciate that were slightly hamstringed in this regards, as we are obliged to take the customers word on the matter of their suitability upon booking. We have a wealthof consumer regulations to adhere to, and sadly there is no test we can use to remotely identifya customersappropriateness and there are some rather stringent laws against discriminating against people whose overall ability to participate is hampered by ageor physical ability. Ultimately, our leaders are responsible for each passengers overall safe and happy progress throughout your time away with us, however I'm sorry of you felt this was somewhat restrictive. Where ever possible, we try our upmost to deliver the planned itinerary to the best of our ability and advise information such as the trips pace to make your own informed decision as to whether this is the right tour or not. Going forward, whilst this information can change - our Sales team will be more than happy to discuss a trips current group dynamics if you wish for this information prior to committing to another tour.
