Mostly user friendly
The separate cancellation fee & trip insurance fee are confusing. It was also not clear that the cancellation fee was per night.

**** service when booking flight. Selected round trip flights and had all information entered and selected confirm/pay and app said flights were full. Had to fully back out of app and start over....
