Call centre staff was helpful. Especially after the totally useless chat help over the computer.
Online renewal was restrictive ie cannot amend from one year to 3 years renewal.

Excellent Portal Easy to apply and get insurance .
Also the Portal offers options to chose the benefits we want at competitive rates
