Problem paying online
Web site crashed during payment process then assumed payment had gone through so unable to pay online. Had to go through phoneline to pay with time consuming ritual script to listen to. Otherwise...

Super Efficient Staff - much better than unhelpful answerphone systems.
Excellent staff who knew all that I requested to know. Phone was answered quickly and it made my requests easy to discuss with a pleasant employee who was efficient. Great service.
