Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry that you initially received the wrong product. This was a mistake in the warehouse, sending out the version with built in thermostat and programming system rather than the radio control version as ordered. Apologies also for the replacement being delivered later than promised. I believe this was due to adverse road conditions and the delivery truck being delayed. The radiators arrived very promptly and the prices are much more competitive than companies, such as Fisher & Heat Plan, whose products are virtually identical.

The staff are very helpful but unfortunately it has been nearly 2 months and I am still outstanding one product. Due to this I have been unable to use the product and am still awaiting delivery.

Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry to hear that you are still waiting for one of your products. I have investigated and found that it was lost in transit by our logistics partners and it was our last one of this product in stock. The AF10 model is a new model and we are still judging demand.
