Good Morning Gail, I am really sorry to hear this we had the wrong bricks delivered by the manufacturer they should have been checked so it really is no excuse. I am also told we had a different driver on that day and there was a breakdown in communication. If you still have the bricks i will be happy to send someone to collect them? I am sorry to hear this we have been experiencing extended lead times on our deliveries from Creda, I think this has been down to a busy heating season.
