Thank you for this feedback, and for provided such a positive score. We are sorry to that you weren't able to make the necessary amendment to your booking once confirmed. We understand that this may be a little frustrating, especially after building such a rapport with the agent, however the sales agents are not permitted to make any amendments to a confirmed booking and this must be completed by a member of the team that is trained and experienced in that area. No matter how straight forward an amendment may seem, it's highly important that it is completed correctly to ensure the holiday runs smoothly. We hope you have a super holiday.

We are sorry that there was cause for concern and worry upon the agent making contact with you, but as you are now aware our agents are highly professional and offer a wonderful service. It's common for the telesales agents to use alias names as some names can be more difficult to pronounce, alias names therefore make it easier for both agents and clients.
