Easy to book however no record of my booking when I turned up to the car park and I may be charged again by the car park on collection of my car

If you are made to pay for your parking again when you exit, please keep the receipt and send us a copy via email on support@edinburghparking.com and one of our customer service team members will respond and ensure that the issue is resolved and that you are reimbursed.
