Dear Deana,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the cleaning chemicals. If you feel you are getting through the chemicals quicker than anticipated it could be that the dosing levels are set too high on the dishwasher. The chemicals are a high concentrate which means the level of dosing should not need high. The machine has dosing units built in that can be altered from the control panel. I will ask one of my colleagues to contact you to discuss. It may be that the volume can be turned down, reducing your chemical usage without harming your wash results.
