Firstly apologies that your order was sent yet again with EVRI as yes there is a note on your account to use an alternative carrier which has now been updated to appear on the labelling system ! I have also resent your order today for delivery tomorrow with the other courier. Please do advise us directly if you experience any further issues with this order. Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Easy Gloves. I was really disappointed to read that you have not received your order in a timely manner. I have had a look in to this and they are still at the EVRI depot and showing no further movement. Following on from our email conversation i will send a new order out for delivery to you on Friday 29th November with a different courier.
