Thank you for your Feedback Richard.  All candidates wishing to obtain a CSCS green card must complete the 1 day CITB Health & Safety Awareness course AND the health, safety and environmental touch screen test.  These are the guidelines set out by the CITB and there is no option to gain the qualification without both parts being completed.  The touch screen test is a separate course and is always completed either before or after the 1 day HSA training at an additional cost of £19.50.  My colleague Holly spoke to you at the point of booking and again on the day of the course to advise of this, and we are sorry if you feel that this was not covered appropriately.  Please do get in touch if you would like any additional information.  Best Regards Lucy

Dear Robert,  we are sorry you feel our service at Easybook Training was poor.  The cancellation of the course was due to an immediate member of the trainers' family passing away suddenly.  We did make numerous attempts to contact you on Saturday and Sunday via email, as the phone number provided when you placed the booking online was incorrect.  When contact was made to re-book, various dates and locations were offered with a selection of training centres in your area, and therefore prices do vary.  After speaking with your friend it was made clear to us you wanted to attend training together and he offered to speak with you to confirm dates.  The date you have both agreed to attend is the 9th February, with the original training centre, to ensure there are no additional costs.  Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience but there was nothing more we could do given the situation and incorrect phone number provided.  If you have any further questions please contact us on 08000 93 11 89.  Best Regards Lucy
