Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. As a booking facililty of training courses we rely on each of our accredited training partners to keep their course availability current. Should courses be cancelled or full then this will be reflected via our website and customers are no longer able to book these. From time to time courses will be cancelled if they do not reach the required delegate numbers stipulated by awarding bodies. In this instance we will always offer alternative date/location for our clients to choose from and should none of these be suitable a full refund will be provided. Regards Lucy

Thank you for taking the time to provide your review on our service, and for taking my call to discuss this in more detail. I am sorry to hear that you had concerns regarding the publications and certification and hope we have managed to clear this up. Books and certificates have already been provided for 5 of the delegates and once we receive address information for the other 6 these will also be posted. Certification for the CITB courses takes around 8 weeks so these will be posted 1st class recorded delivery as soon as we receive them. In the meantime we have e-mailed you with pass confirmation letters which will be sufficient for site. Regards Lucy
