It's the discrepancy from the email and the phone calls that do not allow for a fair and unbiased review of the case. I recommend highly Dynamo start recording phone conversations. Also I recommend Dynamo brokers prepare better on their cases especially if they have already helped mortgage the same property - you should have all files at hand and research a bit better the legal requirements in the different nations of the U.K.
