Hi Riyaad, we apologise for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect vehicle and the trouble it caused. We will insure that our team is aware of the problem and that when you book with us again we make sure that you have the correct 4x4 or required vehicle right from the start. Hi Michel, apologies for the service from First. We are a broker for a range of services and therefore can not always control the service delivery at their end. This said we will make sure to communicate this through to First so that we never have this problem again. Please when you do another booking mention this case to the consultant just to make sure we don't book with them again. Thank you for your patience.
