We booked and payed for a 4x4 car, we had a 2x car withour air conditioning, we have to pay a whole amonut to trifhty.

i arranged for polo but when I got there they gave another car and the polo was given to the other guy cos he wanted a corolla and it was not available

Thank you very much for taking the time to supply us with your feedback.Unfortunately as per both our supper, as well as our Terms and Conditions we are only able to confirm vehicle Groups and not specific vehicles. All the vehicles in a group is shown on our website when you hover over the image, the list of vehicles are repeated when you make and enquiry. We also repeat the list of vehicles in the group on our Confirmation e-mail accompanied by the car rental voucher.

We regret the inconvenience suffered. Thankfully we were able to immediately source an alternative vehicle for you and refund the price difference between the two cars. Due to the many different sources of bookings, availability with suppliers are constantly changing. The quicker payment is processed for a booking the better the chances are that the vehicle selected will still be available.
Better service. Phone numbers should work. Replacement vehicle ahould not be a downgrade.
