We truly regret that you did not receive your preferred vehicle in the group, the consultant did her utmost best to source your preference. As per her correspondence, stated that unfortunately vehicles are subject to availability and we still cannot guarantee a specific vehicle as it is a group that is book.

The initial service was good but the collection information was incorrect. Bidvest no longer has an office at Margate Airport. Bidvest also said they do charge for the return leg whereas the...
