I did think I would have to buy something else when the intermediary I dealt with stopped selling this flour. I took the chance and called the Mill direct. Luckily their address and telephone number was on the 1.5kg bags they used to provide. They were really kind, confirming that there was no problem in supplying me directly and I have dealt with them directly ever since and cannot fault them on their excellent service.
