Top customer service shame about the website
The website didn't let me enter date of births so I then had to call to book. The man who I spoke to was really helpful and efficient and booked without any further hiccups

Unfortunately was passed on from person to person with no one knowingwhat was going onandvery lengthy conversations before I got anywhere.

Very bad I have sent several messages after a few hrs I booked . They never replied and charging me another 100£ for cancelling the trip despite I have paid £21.00
