Sorry to hear about the issues you have been having with the controls. I understand we have been out to make adjustments twice to try and improve the setup for you within the limitations of the product, and if you can come over to our workshop we can get the workshop manager to see if there are any further changes possible. Matthew also mentioned he has suggested a demonstration of an alternative product to see if this would suit you better down the line.
