Well thanks Paul McTaggart, but your word means nothing. DD is horrible and has cost me money and time and now I will likely have to make THREE trips because they are misinformed and inconsiderate. Your promise that someone will be in touch is baseless and a lie. --- No one and no one has been for weeks and weeks. And when they are -- it is ALWAYS misinformation.
