I called over and over finally i spoke to manager- they keep saying to go back and have them fix it per warranty. The dentist told me their machine is not equipped for my teeth size (I’m too small). He reaching out to Marietta, which I’m sure will just say to come back in. Why would I return to an office that is not equipped to make a tooth that fits my mouth- this is what the dentist told me- they had to do my imprint 2 times, 2 different visits. First they blamed it on a tech’s fault who no longer works there. But time i drove back (290 miles back and forth) the new excuse is that machine’s laser cannot reach to create the size I need. They keep yelling me to come back but THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO CREATE A TOOTH FOR THE size THAT I NEED. I need To speak to the higher ups because the team lead Gilberto isn’t much help. I need To speak to your executive team because customer service is just telling me to go back with no viable changes. I cant Afford to go back and forth; it doesn’t make sense unless they have a different machine. I already Called a lawyer to help me with this cluster *** of a dental office. I lost 3 lbs already because it is hard to eat. I would rather either have a new machine create my crown or just go ahead and lawyer up to get my money back. I’ll
