Mr. Assigal, we are so sorry to hear about the negative experience. There are 2 options for receiving an accurate evaluation/quote: either via Panoramic X-rays (which were not received) or via an in person consultation with the surgeon (we had an appointment scheduled in September and it was not attended). Verifying the dental file, it looks like we have been in contact since late August, the last communication being yesterday stating that you have changed your mind. Our team will always be here for you, shall you still require dental care. It's our mission to connect our patients with excellent and affordable dental offices
