Locked computer, terrible service, did not respond to emails or calls.
Terrible service MacBook Pro came locked with a log on for an American university, company apologised and said it would be sorted. Never returned calls, stopped answering emails, didn’t answer...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. I've had a look at your order and can see that you were sent a device with a MDM lock on in error. Once we were made aware of this, we immediately apologised and requested our supplier unlocks the device. We provided you with a 24-48 hour timescale for this to be completed. Once the supplier was unable to meet this timescale we provided you with a returns label and provided you with a replacement device to resolve the issue.
