Would reccomend. The service is personal and efficient. Dealing with real people is rare these days. No fees for foreign transactions is great if you travel.

Very easy to use.

The account is easy to use and they are always friendly and willing to help. The only negative is that you can only see 6 months of transactions and it would be good to be able to go further back.

Specifically with respect to your comment about only being able to see 6 months of transactions when using internet banking, we already have a project in place to address this, with the objective of being able to extend this to 13 months worth of transactions and for this enhancement to be implemented later this year.
