Dan, Your version isn’t accurate. When I was first called about renewing, I was told I had no policy in place — which was untrue, as I did. That error was then blamed on a retired colleague not inputting it correctly. You sent renewal invitation documents but had also added a £50 renewal fee on top of the quoted price, at this point I knew no payment had been made. Yet at the time of my review I’d been thanked for renewing, and invited to review the service received (hence the review) yet I had neither paid nor received policy documents — only a renewal invitation, which is very different from an active policy. It then took another week of back-and-forth to resolve. If you don't want honest feedback don't invite customers to write reviews until you have checked the service is satisfactory.
