Response on behalf of the owner: I am very sorry to hear of you dissatisfaction following your recent stay at Dolphin Cottage. We are extremely proud of our lovely cottage so we have given your feedback serious consideration. I must stress this is a self-catering property, towels are not provided and this is explained to all guests prior to stay. However, washing up liquid and soap is always provided, and we have recently added a small supply of dishwasher tablets for use too. In response to the bedding comment, we have since undertaken a full review of all bedding and updated accordingly.
Again, please accept my apologies that this self-catering property did not live up to your expectation of North Norfolk hospitality.
