Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that the coach travel and the guidance of your trip manager allowed you to move between destinations without the usual logistical worries, and that the itinerary offered a satisfying balance between well-known landmarks and quieter, less crowded towns. Your comment that you could say you had been everywhere in Italy is exactly the kind of experience we hope to provide. We were sorry to learn that your visit to Pompeii felt rushed, and that the guided tour concluded in a way that prevented you from returning to areas you wished to see. This is a fair observation, and we will share it with our Operations Department so that they can review the time allocated to the site and the structure of the tour. We appreciate your kind words about your trip manager and driver, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a candid account of your experience. We are sorry that the difficulty with your original booking caused you inconvenience, particularly having paid in full for a tour on the basis of advice received by telephone, only to learn several days later that it was fully booked. We understand why the requirement to pay more for the alternative dates felt unfair in the circumstances, and we regret that the matter was not handled more smoothly. Your comments will be shared with the Operations Department so that the booking process and the accuracy of the information provided at the point of sale may be reviewed. It is encouraging to learn that, despite this, you enjoyed exploring so many aspects of Italy within fifteen days. We appreciate your kind remarks about your Trip Manager and Coach Driver, whose care clearly helped the group to feel comfortable throughout, and we shall be sure to pass your comments on to them. Should you wish to discuss the booking matter further, we would welcome the opportunity to hear from you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is encouraging to learn that you found the trip thoroughly enjoyable overall, and that the itinerary met your expectations. We note your observations regarding the location of some of the hotels and the routing to Ibiza, which involved travelling past Valencia before returning to stay there. We recognise that a route of this kind can feel inefficient, and your comments are a helpful contribution to how the itinerary is reviewed. We shall share them with the Operations Department for consideration in future planning. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in due course.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and considered account of your experience. We are sorry that your trip fell so far short of what you had reasonably expected, and that you chose to leave early as a result. We recognise the seriousness of the concerns you have raised, including the handling of conflict within the group, the lack of response to a reported incident of abusive language, and the unavailability of your assigned room on two occasions. A managed group experience should provide clear support when difficulties arise, and we regret that this was not your experience. We also acknowledge that the delay in receiving a substantive reply to your complaint has compounded your frustration, and we apologise for this. We can confirm that we received your email, and we will respond in due course. Your comments have been shared with the Operations Department. Please accept our sincere apologies once again.
