We were first made aware of the wrong lintel being delivered two days after delivery but once made aware we rectified this as soon as possible. First and foremost we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. A first attempted was made but the driver needed help to unload and there was not a suitable person to help. The courier we used has a large infrastructure and if labels are damaged this can unfortunately lead to goods being mislaid. Once again we do apologise for this and we hope you order with us again in the future.

We are sorry for the initial conflicting dates you were given for your delivery, these dates where given to us from our supplier, who were delivering to you directly. Please accept our sincere apologies for the two week delay in your refund. There was miscommunication within our company. We can now confirm you have now been fully refunded.We will look in to what occurred with regards to your calls where cut off and apologise for this.
