Thank you for your feedback. These products were set at a special reduced price for any pre-orders before delivery in March 2019. We launched them last October 2018 at the NEC show @ £15 (for one month only) and the YouTube videos that you have seen were created from that show. These videos are in the system now, which unfortunately we cannot control, so people will still see them at £15. In November the price was increased to £20 which we held until the stock arrived in our warehouse this week. The price is now £30, which I hope you will agree demonstrates our loyalty to all those who supported the launch of this new product by ordering and paying in advance of the goods arriving. We always mentioned on our website that all pre-orders would be dispatched in March, and although we had hoped to ship out by mid March, we were unfortunately hit with a week delay due to the recent high winds at the shipping ports.
