Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. As our fuel is stored outside it can become damp from bad weather. This is only surface moisture which means that it will dry out quickly, but should not affect the performance of your fuel in any way.

I would have scored lower as I had to wait longer for my last order to be delivered but still within stipulated time. Other previous orders, delivery was usually very quick.
If I use my local coal merchant I usually take delivery of the coal within 48 hours.Whilst ordering from Coals2u is so simple I waited almost two weeks for delivery.Not good compared to local...
