Delivery took a while longer than expected. Seemed to have switched kiln dried log suppliers to a much more inferior supplier.

We are sorry to learn of your disappointment with your recent wood order from us. As wood is a natural product, it can vary from supplier to supplier, however we have strict quality control and moisture checks in place to prevent this from happening.
