Please accept our apologies for the quality of the fuel you received. Due to coal being a natural product, it’s sometimes hard to exactly control the quality, though all of our coal is strictly screened and washed before being bagged.
Have used Coals2U for several years. I have always found the ordering.and delivery to be excellent. The drivers are very helpful and will stack the coal wherever you want them to. A bonus when you...
Used them several times for coal, firelighters and kindling - ironically not for logs as I can get better ones cheaper locally.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on this occasion. We’re currently working hard to improve our service, and I will pass on your feedback to our delivery team. We have looked into the history behind this order, and please accept our apologies regarding the service received regarding this delivery. We have contacted the 3rd party haulier who was completing the delivery on our behalf, who informed us that the delivery was sent on an 18T vehicle and could not access the property for delivery. This was returned to our depot and a credit back to your account was arranged for you. We hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in future.
