Co SARAH MILLER sądzi o Coals2U:
Delivery was not left in right place despite being on the delivery documents. we had to move the coal bags x15 to the correct place.
This is not the first time this has happened.

Thank you for your feedback.I do apologise that the driver didn't follow the instructions of leaving the fuel in the bunker. The drivers usually tip fuel in bunkers and your order was for the instant light which doesn't need tipping.
I have placed permanent instructions on your account for the bags to be stacked in the bunker to avoid this happening again.
Excellent product and service. They came when they were supposed to, I was out last time they delivered, they stacked everything neatly by the door without causing obstruction and out of view of the...
Not delivered where required. No prior call so found bags at side of house and had to get help to move them to log store

Thank you for your feedback.I do apologise that the logs weren't delivered to your desired location, there were no delivery instructions on your order the driver has left them when he felt was appropriate. No call day before was made due to having email on your account.
If you are wanting your delivery in a specific location then instructions can be added to your account.
