The service I receive is as smooth as silk, even during these difficult times. I order on line and my fuel is delivered to my garage. As an elderly person having no anxiety is a blessing. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback.
Trad house coal is a natural fuel and we are unable to control the quality and performance of any natural fuel products. We do have the manufactured fuel where we have control over the quality and performance are much cleaner and hotter than the Trad house coal. Please ask any of our advisor when you next place your order and we will be happy to guide you to correct the fuel we also do have a sample pack that you may wish to try before purchasing any larger amounts of fuel.

A very good service delivery driver was friendly and very helpful.i was kept up dated when my delivery was arriving .
Delivered; I asked to be put inside gate, when I got home the 10 bags had been put round the back of the house where I would have had to move them to. Thank you to the driver.
Great service - Easy on-line purchase. Ordered 2 loads of 10 bags now, and both times delivery was within 5 working days.. Delivery driver very pleasant and helpful - put bags exactly where needed....
